Today Ladies and Gentlemen I am really excited to introduce our next guest as I have been a long time fan of the famed organization they once played for! Standing 6 foot 8 inches a former power forward of Savannah State Tigers where he won 3 count em 3 regular season SIAC championships. He was later drafted by the storied Philadelphia 76ers organization in 1980 with the 21st over all pick in the fourth round. He played one year with the 76ers before ultimately signing with The Harlem Globetrotters where he spent 10 years bringing laughter and joy to the masses while displaying skills and masterful understanding of how to handle the rock. Joining up with 6 of his Savannah State Tiger Alums on the Globetrotter team he managed to become one of the All-time great Harlem Globetrotters retiring in 1991 to become a family man and take care of his then wife Shirley Jones of the Jones Girls and their children. Without further a due it is my pleasure to introduce you to number 29 the one and only Harold Bobo Hubbard! The Chicago Bridge Podcast bridging the gap between the person and the public figure.
